• Fortified Perimeter: Each section is enclosed by a 12-foot sensor-equipped fence with live-feed cameras—monitored around the clock.
• Dedicated Teams: Section-specific security at single entry/exit points, plus golf-cart/foot patrols. A rapid-response squad handles emergencies via 100+ campus-style emergency beacons.
• Emergency Readiness: On-site medical team in the hospital for first aid, CPR, fires, or accidents—staffed 24/7. High-security bathrooms are available anytime.
• Zero-Tolerance Enforcement: Violence, gangs, drugs, alcohol, or smoking? Immediate expulsion. Rules regulate food, substances, and behavior to maintain peace. There are security cameras covering every inch of the property; we'll know who is smoking, urinating, or destroying property. Violators will be shown their act on camera and be evicted. 

Guests sign a binding zero-tolerance agreement at registration: Keep your space clean, respect neighbors, or face eviction—or referral to our mental health facility. It's simple courtesy, not control. After a few months, non-conformers are weeded out, and HCC evolves into a thriving community.
