It is commonplace in cities across the United States to take the funds designated for the homeless and transfer the cash to political friends. During the Biden administration, The National Low Income Housing Coalition kept homeless US citizens in the street as they conspired with Biden to use housing funds to house the millions of new illegal immigrants. The silent media ignores that LA has misplaced over $500 million dollars. It just disappeared. Liberal cities and states use funding that's not lost or mismanaged to support like-minded NGOs running WOKE projects while US veterans live in filth and eat dirt. For example, last year, Governor Katie Hobbs announced that the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) had awarded $60 million in grants statewide from the newly created Homeless Shelter and Services (HSS) Fund to provide shelter and other services to people experiencing homelessness. Not one penny went to the unsheltered homeless. It all went to NGO's for doing nothing well. The liberal Governor did not hide the fact the funds were distributed to worthless programs that sound nice. Most went to 18 residential developers who built low-income homes for the new illegal immigrant homeless. The rest of the $60 million went to WOKE projects such as Recipient #1: St. Vincent De Paul is dedicated to converting the homeless to Catholicism for the Pope. Recipient #2: One-n-Ten provides support for LGBTQ youth. Recipient #3: Open Hearts focuses on mental health treatment but has no mental health facility, they make soft brochures the homeless can use for toilet paper. Recipient #4: Native American Connections assists natives who are ineligible for a gaming license. Recipient #6: Pima Community and Workforce Development teaches people how to live in Pima County and like it. Recipient #7:Old Pueblo Community Services changed its name from Community Services but still boosted housing 285 people out of 8,000 homeless, so they get another $7 million in this deal. Recipient #8: Phoenix Dream Center is a pro-illegal immigration organization, yet also an anti-human trafficking organization with over 40 senior executives on salary just to show that irony can be profitable, (40 paid executives with a conflicting mission can't be wrong). Recipient #9: Catholic Charities, just in case St. Vincent De Paul missed anyone who might want to convert. Recipient #10: Sister Jose Women’s Center, although they have not found permanent housing for anyone, they did create a heartfelt story "about the center with the goal of creating awareness for women who are unhoused". They also offer a gentle, non-abrasive brochure. What is missing from their homeless funding? The homeless. Out of the allocated $60 million dollars for the homeless, they receive decorative outdoor toilet paper in two different styles.
The bandwagon logical fallacy. So, you have taxpayer funding for the homeless, and it's agreed by all who control the funds that if everyone is on the bandwagon of fraud, then there is no harm, it can be called mismanagement, where no one person is held responsible. There is no moral dilemma because every city leader in every city is doing it. it's a national liberal doctrine. The only real losers are the citizen homeless, but who cares, the homeless have zero political clout and don't vote. And since the bill from the Governor, or the Feds, or the State has the word "Homeless" on it, they are all doing their best to solve the homeless problem that just can't be solved, so keep the cash flow. Los Angeles and New York are 20 times worse. It would take a book to explain where their trillions are going. Mostly to interest new democratic voters from across the border in select voting districts, giving Harris a better chance in 2028.
The situation is rather straightforward. The individuals responsible for addressing the issue of homelessness are exploiting it for their own benefit. Many of those in charge of allocating funds for the homeless come from liberal city governments and nepotistic non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Unfortunately, these funds are often mismanaged and end up in the hands of acquaintances within these NGOs, or are used to build overpriced residential complexes to accommodate the millions of undocumented immigrants. Additionally, a significant number of think tanks in Washington DC that focus on homeless funding have ties to illegal immigration and are connected to Tim Geithner, who served as the 75th United States Secretary of the Treasury under President Barack Obama. Today Geithner receives billions of dollars to facilitate the entry of undocumented immigrants into liberal cities located in swing states. Consequently, the funds allocated for the homeless are converted into low-income housing specifically catering to Geithner's agenda. In sanctuary cities, the priority for new low-income housing is given to these recent arrivals or illegal aliens, as the Biden administration has classified them as homeless as well. So, when the government claims to be addressing homelessness, they are actually referring to the housing of individuals from nations in the Global South who have entered the country illegally. This year alone, they will receive an additional billion dollars, and if the issue remains unresolved, they will receive another billion the following year. It is crucial to note that a resolution is deliberately avoided. Homelessness is not considered a problem in major cities; instead, it is viewed as a valuable resource that can be exploited to enhance political influence.
Phoenix is not the only liberal swing state city facing this issue. The misappropriation of tax dollars intended to address homelessness is a common occurrence across the United States in liberal swing state cities and the West Coast. The power of certain nepotistic NGOs that have taken control of these funds, along with the self-policing of liberal city officials, make it difficult for any action to be taken. Even when the LA city council admits to misplacing half a billion dollars, there is little to no investigation. In fact, cities are now facing a national movement to allocate homeless funding toward housing illegal immigrants in strategic congressional districts. This movement is influenced by various entities such as George Soros' Open Society, Senator Cortez Masto, Senator Alex Padilla, Senator Catherine Cortez Masto, Senator Ben Ray Luján, the Salvation Army, Catholic Charities, and Obama representatives like Tim Geithner, all of whom have a vested interest in housing homeless, yet employed, illegal immigrants.
The City of Phoenix's attempt to address homelessness has been a massive failure. In just a few years, the homeless population has doubled to 8,000 unsheltered individuals on Phoenix streets alone. According to the city's own report through PHX C.A.R.E.S online, their efforts have resulted in approximately 1,242-1,392 beds at a cost of $140,000,000.00. This means that each bed costs approximately $100,000. It is disheartening to think that with that amount of money, ten homeless individuals could have collectively owned a million-dollar home.
But the situation is even worse than these numbers suggest. The true amount of funding that Phoenix has received to address homelessness exceeds 1.1 billion dollars. Further investigation reveals that millions of dollars have been lost, mismanaged, or diverted towards unrelated liberal projects that supposedly aim to benefit the homeless in the long run. It is reminiscent of Reagan's Trickle-Down Theory, but instead citizen tax dollars, it involves homeless tax dollars. Eventually, the homeless may benefit from these projects, but for now, they can only use the NGO brochures as outdoor toilet paper. Unfortunately, there is no concrete plan in place to actually get them off the streets.
There seems to be a prevailing mentality that it is acceptable to fail as long as the individuals involved are still compensated. Numerous projects fail each year without any scrutiny from the press, as the liberal cities essentially control the media. No one speaks up, and the attitude seems to be "nice try, let's try again next year."
